Founded in 2017, our company brings together specialized expertise across three core departments: Real Estate, Construction and Rental Management.
Each department is supported by professionals with more than seven years of experience in their respective fields. Working as one integrated team, we are able to manage the full lifecycle of a property — from identifying and acquiring the right opportunity to renovation, rental operation and continued ownership support.
Our work is particularly focused on international buyers and investors who require reliable local expertise in Greece. Whether the objective is property investment, personal use, rental income, resale or acquisition connected to the Greek Golden Visa programme, we approach each property according to the purpose it needs to serve.
Rather than treating acquisition, construction and management as separate services, we consider them as connected parts of the same investment. Decisions made at the purchase stage can affect renovation costs, rental potential, future resale value and, where applicable, Golden Visa eligibility.
Bringing the relevant expertise together from the beginning allows us to evaluate these factors as part of one clear strategy.

A property can be evaluated from an investment perspective before acquisition. Renovation requirements can be considered before capital is committed. Construction decisions can take future rental or resale requirements into account. Once the property is completed, the same wider team can continue supporting its operation and ownership.
This integrated approach allows us to respond efficiently to both expected requirements and more complex situations without requiring the client to build a separate network of professionals for every stage.
For international buyers in particular, it provides something equally important: continuity. From the first property discussion through acquisition, renovation, Golden Visa requirements where applicable, rental management and long-term ownership, there is a team in Greece that already understands the property, the investment and the client.
Real Estate
Our Real Estate Department works with buyers and investors to identify properties that correspond to their objectives, budget and intended use.
We assess opportunities not simply on their appearance or asking price, but in relation to location, property characteristics, investment potential, expected use and longer-term value.
For international clients, this may also involve acquisitions connected to the Greek Golden Visa programme. In these cases, property selection is considered alongside the applicable investment and residency requirements, with the transaction process structured accordingly.
From initial property search and evaluation through negotiation, due diligence and acquisition, our objective is to ensure that each purchase begins with a clear understanding of both the property and the purpose behind the investment.
Construction
Our Construction Department undertakes the renovation and complete transformation of properties according to their intended use.
Architects, engineers, designers, construction professionals and specialist contractors work together to define the project, prepare the design and photorealistic visualisations, establish the required works and oversee implementation through to final delivery.
Whether the property is intended as a private residence, rental investment or future resale asset, the construction strategy is developed around functionality, quality, budget and long-term use.
Because construction expertise is available within the same team involved in the property process, renovation requirements and potential costs can also be considered before or during an acquisition rather than only after the purchase has been completed.
Rental Management
Our involvement does not have to end when a property is completed.
Our Rental Management Department provides the structure required to operate and maintain an investment after acquisition and renovation. Depending on the property and the owner's objectives, this can include rental positioning, marketing, tenant selection, lease administration, rental follow-up and ongoing management.
For owners based outside Greece, we can also provide continued local support for maintenance, repairs, utilities, property checks, administrative matters and other issues that arise during ownership.
The objective is not simply to place a tenant, but to support the property as a long-term asset and maintain a consistent local presence on behalf of the owner.
