A long-term Greek residence pathway for non-EU investors and their families.
The Greece Golden Visa is a residence-by-investment programme for non-EU and non-EEA nationals. Through a qualifying real-estate investment, eligible applicants can obtain a five-year Greek residence permit that may be renewed while the investment and legal requirements are maintained.
Subject to the rules in force, eligible family members may be included and permit holders may benefit from short-stay travel within the Schengen Area. The Golden Visa does not itself grant EU citizenship or unrestricted employment rights.
